Tintagel Castle

Allegedly (and definitely not constructed in the 13th century as a medieval tourist attraction) Tintagel is the site of King Arthur’s conception and home! Tintagel Castle is now just a footprint of what was there with a neighbouring very grand hotel and is currently the site of an investigation to find what treasures may have been left there over the years. Either way, it’s a beautiful spot on the coast and afforded us the chance to view it from above.
